Our gorgeous 3 beds 2 baths apartment located just opposite southern cross train station, skybuss drop off from the Melbourne airport, and within city free tram zone area . It 's North facing apartment with plenty of natural light.
The apartment is located at a brand new building and it's such a cozy inner city apartment with modern facade and warm timber flooring interior. This beautiful self contained apartment will be your your new home away from home.
The apartment is also completed with air conditioning and heating system. facilities such as swimming pool, gym, spa, sauna, rock climbing facilities, yoga court and bbq facilities in the communal garden are available in the apartment. The most important of all is the apartment is cozy and very homey.
The apartment size is approximately 110 sqm with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 1 free car parking . The entire space is quite spacious for 6 and can accomodate up to 8 people.
Accommodation for guests consist of 2 queen sized bedrooms And main bedroom with 2 king Single beds. All the bed rooms decor has carefully designed and complemented with gorgeous fluffy pillows and soft duvet, all bedrooms has comfortable SEALY bedding.
Modern clean bathrooms complete with your soft luxurious towels.
A spacious open plan living area lead to your balcony that overview Melbourne city sky line.
The living room also has 3.5 seater that folds out to comfy queen size bed for extra guests. 2 seasonal chairs and there is a 50" smart TV with netflix access for guests.
Kitchen area consist of modern appliances such as dishwasher, microwave and oven. For the cook enthusiast, we provide pots, pans, complete with kettle and toaster ,complimentary coffee, tea, cereals, oils and sugar.
You may cook however please do it in timely manners and do not leave it unsupervised.
Complete european Laundry area with washer, dryer , ironing board and iron.
Private balcony for your sunset watching or romantic candlelit dinner perfect for 2.
Please no smoking inside the apartment and in all hallway or lobby of the building
This is a smoke sensitive building and smoking is strictly prohibited in common area. This can caused evacuation and fire engine to be called in. When this is happen you will be liable for the $7500 cost.
Parking is available in the same building for free.
You will be allowed to access the:- 50" Smart TV with netflix. Free wifi, Lobby, Lifts, Apartment units, parking ,kitchen and all equipments ,Pools, gyms and other amenities such as spa, sauna, and communal garden.

Located in the CBD, the building is over the road from Spencer Street train station and the shops and eateries of Spencer Outlet Centre. It’s just a short walk to attractions including marvel/etihad Stadium, the Docklands, and Crown Ent Precinct.
Public transport in Melbourne is so accommodating and the location of this apartment is in the middle of it all.
Most importantly, all trams within the city are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
This apartment is located about 200 m from Southern cross station for train also skybus station to and from the Melbourne airport just across the road.
You can hail cabs from spencer st which is only 100 m away from the apartment.
Catch buses from the melbourne main bus station in the Lonsdale street located about 50 m away from the apartment.
This apartment is private apartment and you wont be sharing this unit with anyone else. I will ensure you will have your privacy and feeling comfortable at our apartment.

Extra $10 and available 24 hours. You will need to pick up keys from a safe spot about 300 m away from the apartment. We will send you the information by text msg before your arrival

Cost $10 I will put your key in locker box at the train station about 200 m from the apartment building.
YOU WILL NEED TO NOTIFY YOUR ARRIVAL TIME as I don’t live in the building and unnoticed checkin time or If i have to open the apartment for you over 9 pm will incite $150 for over time and transportation fee.
If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services and paid lockers across the road on Spencer St at the Southern Cross train station. They charge anywhere from AU$10 to AU$16 per locker for 24 hours worth of storage.
This apartment accommodates 6 guests generously but a MAX of 8 overnight.
The sleeping arrangement for the extra guests after 6 would be on a sofa bed which folds out to a queen with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers. You will need to notify us to make up the bed otherwise the bed wont be made.
Upon arrival we will hand you over 2 swipe sets and 2 key sets. Best for you to keep them in the set with they key ring so you don't lose it. Extra fee will be charged to you when you lose any of this key as we will need to get them reissue from body corporate.
When you lose the a keyset you will be charge $150
When you lose swipe set for parking lot you will be charge extra $150
PARKING spot is free with this apartment
We will provide you with separate swipe for parking spot. The parking is located in the same building and the entrance is from Lonsdale street.
Upon staying in the apartment all guest are responsible for their own belongings and the apartment content. We do not responsible for missing valuable items that are left behind. Also if guest damages the content or furniture in the apartment during your stay you will be liable for the repair cost or replacement cost.
EVICTION OF GUESTS maybe permitted by host when guests are
noisy or if there is complaint from neighbours or building manager or when police is called to the apartment . When this happen guests will lose all deposit and the payment of the remaining stay won't be refunded.
If guest lock them self out of the apartment we might be able to help to open up the apartment with spare key. However we will charge you $100 for this incident $150 on the weekend and overtime after 9 PM. Or if we are not available to help out. Guest will have to call locksmith at their own cost.
