The Space:

Welcome to The Oasis at Crescent Beach — an 11-bedroom, 7.5-bath oceanfront home perfect for large families, reunions, and retreats. With private beach access, three fully equipped kitchens, and generous living areas, the property comfortably sleeps up to 24 guests while giving everyone their own space.



You will have full and sole access to the entire property, including 11 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, three kitchens, and three living areas spread across three floors. The layout offers a balance of shared areas and private spaces, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends traveling together.



First Floor

The first floor welcomes you with a bright entry foyer and a convenient half bath.

The driveway provides free parking for up to eight vehicles, with additional overflow parking available on the grass next to the driveway for up to three more cars.

An elevator is accessible from the first floor and provides easy access to the upper levels — a helpful feature for guests with luggage or mobility needs.

Please note: the two-car garage is not available for guest use.



Second Floor

The second floor serves as the main gathering level of the home. It includes a 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit, two additional bedrooms, shared living areas, and a large entertainment space.

The open-concept living room offers comfortable seating, a smart TV, and large windows that fill the space with natural light — a welcoming place to relax after a day at the beach.

Free parking is available for up to 8 cars in the driveway (garage not included). Uber and Lyft are readily available, though having a car is recommended for exploring the area. The nearest Amtrak station is in Palatka, about 40 minutes away by car. The neighborhood is bike-friendly, and the private beach access means you’re just steps from the sand.

- A complimentary cleaning will be provided every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note this is mandatory.

- Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. The property manager can provide complete terms regarding the guest verification. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- There is no daily housekeeping, but cleaning services can be arranged for a fee.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.

- Pets or any kind of animal are not allowed.

- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.
