With space for up to six guests, the condo offers three king bedrooms designed for privacy and relaxation. The main-level primary suite features a walk-in shower and soaking tub, while the two upstairs bedrooms include ensuite baths. One opens to a private balcony, creating a serene spot to greet the day or stargaze at night.

Living areas
Spread across more than 2,500 square feet, the open living area is both inviting and functional. A flat-screen HDTV and game table encourage cozy evenings inside, while soft lighting and comfortable seating make it easy to unwind after time by the pool or lake. The dedicated workspace ensures you can stay productive while still enjoying a serene environment.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a double oven. You’ll find everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals before gathering around the dining table, which opens to the patio for an easy flow between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation.

While the property is not part of Sawgrass Golf & Country Club, guests may arrange their own golf, tennis, or pickleball reservations at nearby facilities, returning each evening to the calm of their pond-view retreat.
