à propos de cet hébergement
Black Cottage - Sea Views Near Kennedy Point Ferry
Summary:
A beautifully appointed cottage with wide sea views, outdoor living, and sunset outlooks, all within walking distance of the Kennedy Point car ferry.
The Space:
Black Cottage by Stay Waiheke is designed for simple, relaxed island living. The deck sits above the water with sweeping views and is set up for outdoor dining, evening drinks, and sunsets. An outdoor fire adds warmth on cooler nights, extending the use of the outdoor space well into the evening.
Inside, the layout is compact but comfortable. The living area has views across the bay and connects easily to the deck, giving the home an open, airy feel. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, whether youâre making breakfast before heading out for a swim or preparing a quiet dinner at home. A short, five-minute walk through native bush takes you down to the beach for morning dips or evening strolls.
The bedroom layout works best for couples wanting space and privacy, with a king bedroom and a second room with single bunk beds suited to older children or short-stay visitors. The location is practical, a short walk to the car ferry and marina, close to Kennedy Point Vineyard, and a short drive to Palm Beach, Oneroa Village, and Onetangi Beach.
Families are welcome at the property. Please be aware that there is a level change between deck areas, so extra supervision may be required for crawling or early-walking toddlers.
