Black Cottage is a beautifully appointed property with stunning sea views and sunsets conveniently located within walking distance to the Kennedy Point ferry.
The deck is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation with an outdoor fire for cooler evenings. The interior features a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area that also offers beautiful views of the water. Just a 5-minute walk from the property through native bush brings you to the beach for an early morning swim. The house is located within walking distance of the car ferry and marina and guests can easily stroll to Kennedy Point Vineyard for wine tasting and platters. Additionally, Palm Beach and Oneroa are just a short drive away and Onetangi Beach is a 13 minute drive.
Please note: This property is not suitable for children under 5 years. The driveway is very steep with parking for one vehicle by the house.
Pets considered upon application. Written consent and a $500 bond required for pets. The bond will be charged to the card on file 7 business days prior to arrival and refunded to the card pending the property inspection within 7 days of departure.
