Welcome to our contemporary retreat in Port Elgin! Discover our updated living space, where modern upgrades meet comfort and convenience. Enjoy the luxury of a fully furnished private UPPER-LEVEL unit, thoughtfully designed for your relaxation and enjoyment.
- 3 minutes drive to the main Port Elgin beach
- Around 10 minutes walk to the beach through trails
- Under 5 minutes drive to all major grocery stores
- Less than 5 minutes drive to most restaurants and downtown Port Elgin.
The space
3 private bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable and cozy Queen size bed with ultra soft bedding on a pressure relief premium mattress. Side tables conveniently equipped with power outlets and USB ports for your devices. The side table lamps add to the already cozy ambience of the private spaces. The High Speed WiFi throughout this unit nicely complements the dedicated office workspace included in the Master bedroom.
Open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living rooms, perfect way to enjoy your vacation by making memories with your friends and family.
Leather sectional in the living room space means plenty of room for you to stay entertained while watching TV on the 50 inch Smart Ultra HD 4K Dolby Vision Smart TV, equipped with Netflix (account needed to watch).
Stay cool in the summer and warm and cozy in the winter with our central air system and high-efficiency natural gas furnace. Additionally, the unit features an air exchanger that filters allergens and pollutants, ensuring a pristine environment for your stay.
Fully equipped and updated kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your meals, whether cooked in-house or take out. Appliances include: Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Stove/Oven, Air Fryer, Kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher. Kitchen cabinets also include cooking utensils and supplies such as pans, plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery and more. The complimentary coffee & tea station is an added bonus for those who need their morning fix.
Steps away from the dining area is the outdoor raised deck equipped with a gas efficient BBQ grill ready for use, and a few steps down lead you to a large fully fenced backyard that includes a firepit and reclining lawn chairs, a perfect spot for you to enjoy the breath taking sunsets and sunrises.
2 parking spots available on the front driveway (left side only for your unit) and many more on the street.

This elegant unit is on the upstairs level of this modern detached home. You have full and private access the entire upstairs that includes 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining area and the modern kitchen.
Note:
- No access to lower level living space or garage
- No access to Shed in the backyard
- Shared Laundry (washer/dryer) available in the lower level with separate and private entrance (details will be included in welcome email).
- Unfortunately no pets due to allergie
