The residence redefines contemporary inner city living. A 2-bedroom apartment in this brand new architect designed apartment situated in the heart of the CBD. You will have access to lifts for easier check-in and check-out.
BEDROOM:
Your bedrooms have a queen-sized bed (bedroom 1) and a double sized (bedroom 2) bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linens. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
NOTE: Please do not bring food into the bedroom to help keep the space clean and comfortable.
BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, condition, toilet paper and body wash.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- refrigerator
- microwave
- crockery and cutlery
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. TV has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. Also, a sensational view to the northeast from the balcony.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's BBQ Area, pool, spa and gym throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.
PARKING:
The parking garage can fit up to 2 cars.
Paid parking is available on Bunda & Allara Street.
The additional paid parking garage at Canberra Centre - time restrictions apply.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

The apartment is an easy stroll to the lakefront. Walk the bridge-to-bridge loop, or take in a quintessential Canberra lakeside sunset. Heading out for dinner? Stroll through Civic's restaurant strip, less than five minutes from your doorstep. If nothing grabs your fancy there, walk on another 5 minutes and you are in Braddon: Canberra's home of good coffee, delicious restaurants, boutique bars and our own Bentspoke Brewery.
If you are in the mood to shop, the Canberra Centre is literally across the road. Canberra Theatre is a 2-minute walk, while the Australian National University and Parliamentary Triangle (with its national institutions, galleries, museums and government agencies) are both within a 5-minute drive. If you are self-driving, the apartment comes with free onsite secure parking. Otherwise, public transport is easily accessible and the airport is an easy 10-minute taxi/Uber.

Gym hours: 6 AM-10 PM
Pool area hours: 6 AM-10 PM
NOTE:
- Food, alcohol, and smoking are NOT PERMITTED
- Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
- Glass items are not permitted near the pool. If glass breaks, the pool will need to be shut down, emptied, and cleaned, and the costs will be charged to the responsible guest.
- For safety and courtesy to all guests, strictly follow the designated pool hours.
Just note that due to COVID restrictions, there may be unannounced limitations on pool usage/closures.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotional support animals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
