The apartment is located on the northern side of Hamilton Island - an easy walk to One Tree Hill where you can enjoy the island's renowned sunsets.

Family-friendly.
This apartment is spread over a single level, making it ideal for families with small children.

Rooms.
There are three bedrooms with king beds. The two main bedrooms open directly onto the patio and lawn area. The ensuite in the master has a deep freestanding bath.

Pool.
The apartment is just a short distance to Bella Vista's lovely shared lagoon pool.

Kitchen.
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven.

Buggy.
This property includes 2 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent at Pool Terrace and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants may be subject to change.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
