• Bedrooms: Five spacious bedrooms with built-in or walk-in robes. The master includes an oversized ensuite with a deep bathtub and ocean views.
• Bathrooms: Three bathrooms, including a luxurious ensuite in the master.
• Living Areas: Multiple living zones across two levels, including a private downstairs apartment with its own kitchen and alfresco deck.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, including both dual living spaces, all indoor and outdoor areas, and the pool and spa. The lower-level apartment can function independently, but will be opened up for unrestricted use.

Chalet & Co is the perfect spot to start your morning, just by the beach access. Whether you’re heading to Sunshine Beach, Hastings Street, or exploring Noosa National Park, everything is on your doorstep without the crowds.

Getting Around:
• Walk: You’re just 350m from Sunrise Beach and a short stroll to Chalet & Co café. Sunshine Beach village and the Surf Club are also walkable via scenic coastal paths.
• Drive: Noosa Junction (5 mins) and Hastings Street (10 mins) are easily reached by car, offering restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
• Public Transport: Local buses run regularly along David Low Way and nearby streets, with connections to Noosa Heads, Noosa Junction, and Tewantin.
• Rideshare: Uber, DiDi, and local taxi services operate throughout the area and are reliable day and night.
• Bike: The flat terrain and dedicated bike paths make cycling a great way to explore the local area and nearby beaches. Bike hire is available locally.
• Parking: The home includes secure parking for up to three vehicles, with ample off-street space.

Other Things to Note:
The pool and spa are the same temperature, they cannot be set to different temperatures. The pool is only heated from May to October and will be set to 30 degrees to best suit most preferences. During warmer months (November to April), the pool will typically sit around 25 degrees. We cannot accommodate special requests for different temperatures.

This home is pet-friendly and fully fenced, but please be respectful of the home and neighbourhood during your stay.
