With a dual living setup, private pool and spa, and pet-friendly amenities, itâs the perfect base for families or groups seeking a beachside escape just minutes from the buzz of Hastings Street. This is the perfect multi-generational holiday home.
The Space:

âą Layout: Flexible dual-living layout ideal for families, groups, or longer stays. Two completely separate and independent living areas with dedicated kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms.

âą Walk: Youâre just 350m from Sunrise Beach and a short stroll to Chalet & Co cafĂ©. Sunshine Beach village and the Surf Club are also walkable via scenic coastal paths.
âą Drive: Noosa Junction (5 mins) and Hastings Street (10 mins) are easily reached by car, offering restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
âą Bike: Electric mountain bikes can be rented directly through us. Please message us to arrange.
