Spacious Barossa Getaway invites you to relax and recharge in the heart of wine country. Tucked away in a serene pocket of the Barossa Valley, this charming home offers sweeping views and easy access to the regionâs celebrated wineries and vibrant dining scene. Whether you're sharing a weekend with friends or enjoying a family escape, this warm and spacious retreat is the perfect launching pad for your Barossa adventure.
This self-contained home includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, offering a comfortable and spacious retreat in the heart of Barossa.
Important Notes Before BookingïŒ
The outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally from 1 November to 31 March and is not heated.
An additional queen-size mattress is provided only for bookings of 7â8 guests. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests if you require it.
â Living Area:
A spacious and comfortable lounge featuring a long leather sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a cosy fireplace. Itâs the perfect spot to unwindâwhether you're enjoying a quiet evening in or relaxing after a day of exploring the Barossa.
The cosy fireplace is available for use from May to November, providing warmth and atmosphere during the cooler months. We have also prepared some firewood at the back of the house for your convenience.
â Kitchen:
Fully equipped with modern appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge, along with cookware, utensils, cooking basics (such as oil, salt, and pepper), and a dining table suitable for both meals and casual meetings.
â Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 â Queen Bed (plus a Queen-size mattress for bookings of 7-8 guests)
Bedroom 2 â King Bed
Bedroom 3 â Queen Bed
â Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 â Shower and Toilet
Bathroom 2 â Bath and Shower (no toilet)
Bathroom 3 â Shower and Toilet (located outside the house)
â Outdoor Swimming Pool:
Not heated

â CCTV Surveillance:
Security cameras are installed outside the property for your safety.
Due to recent strong winds in the area, the pool sail was unfortunately damaged. A replacement has already been ordered and is on its way. Thank you very much for your understanding, and please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Kind Reminder: There is a construction site next to the property. Construction work may take place from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, and some noise may be heard during these hours. Please note that work does not occur every day. Thank you for your understanding.
Getting Around
A car is the best way to explore the Barossa Valley, with Adelaide City and the airport less than an hourâs drive away. For a more leisurely experience, you can also bring your bikes and enjoy the scenic Barossa Bike Trail.
âą We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
âą Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
âą We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
âą Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
