The Space:
Introducing Kaia; a space so beautiful, so serene, that you may just question if this is real life, or a dream. From the moment you walk through the front door, you’re greeted by a bright, open living space, where natural light floods in from every angle. This lower level is complete with a designated desk space, a laundry, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a lounge room that can double as an additional bedroom. The entire home is equipped with ducted air conditioning, ensuring ultimate comfort in every room
The master bedroom (bedroom 1) is located upstairs.

Bedroom two:
1 x queen bed

Bedroom three:
2 x single beds

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. There is space to park up to two cars in the garage and driveway, as well as space to park your small boat or jetski.

For those who love the outdoors, there are numerous walking and cycling paths that wind through the area. Best of all, you’re only 60 meters from easy access to the stunning Warana Beach, where you can swim, surf, or simply enjoy the sun. Warana is also well-served with local cafes, shops, and restaurants, where you can enjoy a laid-back breakfast or grab a coffee to go before heading to the beach. If you’re in the mood for a night out, the nearby town of Kawana Waters offers a range of dining options, from casual eateries to fine dining, as well as a cinema and other entertainment.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, though local bus services are also available and frequently service the Warana area if you need them. Getting around is easy, with everything you need within reach. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to local shops, cafes, and the beautiful Warana Beach (just a short 2-minute walk). With its prime location and easy access to transportation options, Warana is the perfect base for your Sunshine Coast adventure.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
