Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, a luxurious master suite, and an open-concept living area that seamlessly connects to an outdoor oasis with a plunge pool, BBQ area, and courtyard. Ideal for families, groups, or couples, it’s located near Mooloolaba Beach and Esplanade, making it a perfect spot for a memorable getaway.



The Space:

The townhouse boasts three spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with an ensuite, and a family-sized bathroom with an additional powder room on the second level. Sleek polished concrete and timber floors enhance the space, while ducted air conditioning ensures comfort after a day in the sun. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, and there is seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living areas. The private courtyard features a plunge pool, outdoor shower, and BBQ area—ideal for relaxing after a beach day. The home also includes a hideaway European laundry and keyless intercom entry for added ease and security.

This townhouse is ideally located for easy access to everything Mooloolaba has to offer. You can comfortably walk to Mooloolaba Beach and the Esplanade, where you'll find a variety of cafes, restaurants, shops, and local attractions. For those wishing to explore further, public transport options are nearby, including buses that can take you around the Sunshine Coast. If you're planning to drive, there's secure parking available, and you're just a short distance from major roads, making it easy to explore the wider region, from Noosa to Caloundra.

*Parking: Secure parking is available for guests.

*Outdoor Pool: The plunge pool and outdoor shower are for your private use. Please be mindful of safety, especially when children are around.

*No Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property.

*No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the townhouse or in the courtyard area.

*No Parties or Events: Parties or events are not allowed on the property to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours.

*Noise: As the property is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, please be mindful of noise levels to respect the quiet enjoyment of the neighbourhood.

*Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service, but additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee if needed.

*Check-out Time: Check-out is at 10 AM. Please ensure all belongings are removed, and the property is left in good condition to avoid additional cleaning fees.



🔹 Rates: Stay for 7 or more nights and enjoy 10% off the standard rate. Stay for 21 or more nights and receive a 20% discount — with rates automatically adjusted at the time of booking.

🔹 Linen, bath towels, and essentials are provided, including a starter pack of toiletries & kitchen basics. (For stays longer than 2 days, we recommend bringing extra supplies.)

🔹 Pre-Authorisation: Please be aware that a pre-authorisation of $500.00 is required at check-in. This amount will be held off your available funds and released after 10-14 days to cover any miscellaneous charges, damages, or breakages. This pre-authorisation constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions of Holiday Mooloolaba.

Beautiful, modern house in a great location that is walking distance to the shops and beach. Unfortunately the pool was too cold to really get much use but highly recommend staying here

Property was very impressive and spacious that accommodated 6 adults comfortably and was perfectly located within easy walking distance to esplanade, wharf ,beach and restaurants.

We had a really enjoyable stay, perfect for a family with teenagers coming and going. Thank you to the property owners for the little touches that made our trip even more enjoyable like the beach cabana and basics in pantry. It is a beautiful property in easy walking distance to the beach and shops. The three levels gave everyone separation whilst we could still come together for meals.
