I apologize for the privacy and safety concerns you noted — missing curtains on the doors, the front door’s proximity to the road, and the lack of guard rails on the access road. I passed your feedback to the property owner and association so they can evaluate adding window coverings and review safety options (signage, guard rails, or other measures) where feasible. I’m also sorry about the miscommunication regarding Christmas decorations; we’ll clarify our decoration policy and improve pre-arrival communication to prevent that in the future.
