THE SPACE / LAYOUT
Walk into the heart of Omanu upstairs in the open plan living, dining and kitchen. Master bedroom, ensuite and bedrooms 2, 3 and main bathroom off the loungeroom upstairs. Along with an outdoor dining area on the balcony.
Downstairs, a second loungeroom with a grandparents retreat in bedroom 4 with an ensuite and laundry. The backyard containing a quiet pool area and more undercover dining and BBQ.

HEATED SWIMMING POOL
Heated from November to March, IMPORTANT: Note in all other months the pool will not be heated, hence do NOT expect a heated pool in winter, thanks for your understanding.

THE AREA - WALK TO BEACH, CAFES AND SHOPS
Port Macquarie is all about the outdoor lifestyle, gourmet fresh locally produced food and relaxation. Life is good here, locals say hello, the friendly community shares the beauty of this area with you. You will find unspoiled beaches, walking trails with amazing wild flowers in season, migrating whales that you can spot at Tacking Point Lighthouse from May to November each year. Surfing, fishing, mountain biking, wine tasting, koalas, 4WD, you name it, we got it. Welcome, do not hesitate to book, you cannot go wrong here.

No school groups, under 21 groups, bucks or hens parties, large loud adult groups, events.
Quiet time from 10pm-7am, please keep our neighbours happy. Guests that do not adhere to the house rules will have their full bond forfeited.

You cannot check-in/check-out on Xmas day 25 December, please adapt your dates, as this is our only day off during the year. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
