Perfect Downtown Location

We had a great stay! Location was perfect right downtown St. Augustine and with a walking distance to so many restaurant shops and attractions. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with and we had no issues during our stay. Everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed their time here. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting St. Augustine!

Property just as promised. Beds very comfortable and a perfect location if you want to be in heart of all and don’t mind the noise. Steps to apt nice and wide. Very secure from street with added gate! I would recommend!

Great location in walking distance of all the shops, restaurants and the fort/waterway. Condo was renovated and clean...and we enjoyed sitting on the outdoor porch for some great people watching - a very different vibe at 7am and 11PM.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. Although parking was not easy (it never is though), everything else was just wonderful. Across from the apartment is a cookie/icecream shop, cigar store underneath the apt, a little restaurant candy corner..... and tons of shopping and great places to eat right around the corner. The apartment is decorated beautifully and beds super comfortable! Communication with the host was top notch and speedy each time. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Birthday Trip!

We stayed here for my daughter and I birthday and we LOVED IT. The porch overlooks a popular walking area and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. The inside was clean, and the beds were comfy. The only thing is the TVs didn't work too well, but we didn't find ourselves needing the TV all the much anyways. Stocked kitchen for cooking if you wanted to. would book again.

Amazing location! Very clean and comfortable. Very noisy on the weekend nights with people partying but it was great people watching from the balcony.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in historic downtown. The location couldn’t be more perfect—steps away from great restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

The apartment and communication with the host were excellent. The location is right in the heart of downtown on a lively street, which we loved. The balcony (with a little peek of the water) was a perfect spot to relax between strolling the streets and exploring St. Augustine. Definitely recommend!

Central to Everything

This is an excellent place to stay if you like to be Central to everything and don't mind hearing the bands at night. They have thought of everything here including a sound machine for sleeping. We loved spending time on the balcony overlooking the water and all of the people walking by.

Beautiful home. Right in the heart of it all. Had a couple of hiccups finding the paid parking lot and gate code but otherwise will definitely be booking again in the future!!
