Beautifully decorated 4 bedroom home that can accommodate the whole family in the Golf Course Community of Johnson Ranch.
Community Amenities:
As our guest, you will have access to the wonderful amenities of Johnson Ranch, a private community with an 18 hole golf course, Johnson Ranch has 41 community parks, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, beach volleyball court and 3 heated pools with hot tubs, a 9 hole pitch and putt course and a catch and release fishing pond. With lots of shopping, restaurants, and hiking nearby you will enjoy this area! A key card will be provided, if lost you will be charged $100 to replace it.
Near By Amenities:
Mesa Gateway Airport 13 miles, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport 45 miles, Banner Ironwood Hospital 5 miles. While you're here you don't want to miss going to San Tan Flats
which is 6 miles away, Schnepf Farms 6 miles, Olive Mill 7 miles. Tons of shopping and restaurants all within 9 miles and lots of hiking trails nearby. Scottsdale is about 32 miles and Arizona State University is 40 miles away.
Pool Heating Information:
There is an extra cost of $25 a day for pool and hot tub heat, not included in the rental fee.
Please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated during your stay, so we can ensure it is ready for your arrival
Our home easily sleeps 12, with all bedrooms upstairs. 2 bedrooms have king beds and the other 2 bedrooms have a Queen/King bunk bed, plus a pull out sofa in the loft. We also have 2 playpens and a highchair for the little ones. We have a small park right behind our home and a couple big parks within walking distance.
New smart TV's, bring your favorite apps! Wifi provided, a small desk with a printer is also available.
Kitchen is fully stocked with gas stove, full fridge/freezer, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, blender, crockpot and microwave.
Washer/Dryer available
Gas bbq in backyard, along with a gas fire table and wood firepit.
Comfortable outdoor sectional and outdoor dining table. Around the pool you will find 4 lounge chairs and a table with 4 chairs.
The driveway can easily accommodate 2 cars, sorry no parking in the garage as we have our personal vehicle in there. There is no overnight street parking unless we request for special permission with the HOA. Please note they will only grant one vehicle on the street overnight with approval. We cannot ask for multiple cars.
Both the City of San Tan Valley and the HOA Community are very sensitive to disruptions from vacation homes- PLEASE do not make our rental an issue!
All guests wanting to book need to be 25+ unless otherwise approved by the host.
**The City of San Tan Valley has a 10pm-7am noise restriction that they strictly enforce with fines up to $1,500, and may result in termination of your stay with immediate eviction w/out reimbursement if neighbors call the police! **
No smoking on the property or in the house, violation of this will be a $200 dollar fine plus whatever additional costs to us to remove odors.
No parties or events! If this is violated you may be asked to leave with no refund guaranteed.
No drug use! immediate eviction with no refund. We do have cameras on the property, but are only used for security purposes
