Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry your stay at Navarre Beach Regency 310 - Sea Turtles did not meet expectations. We want to address a few points for clarity. Regarding air conditioning: our records show that on June 12 at 8:03 AM you messaged us asking us to "turn down the AC" because it felt too warm. Our team responded within 2 hours, dispatched a technician, and stayed in communication with you. We have no record of an AC unit failure or a 24-hour outage during your stay. Regarding parking: before your arrival on June 11, we proactively messaged you that there is no assigned parking and you are welcome to park anywhere not labeled. The community pool is visible in our listing photos situated below Unit 310. Its location is a disclosed feature of the property. We sincerely regret the stay did not meet your expectations. Our team works hard to respond promptly to every concern, and we remain committed to providing an exceptional experience for all of our guests.

I apologize the floors weren’t up to standard and that the AC sensor caused delays when moving food and dishes. Housekeeping has been notified to deep-clean the floors and reinforce their checklists, and maintenance will inspect the door/window sensor and AC reset timing.
