Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Fully Furnished, spacious penthouse on top floor of boutique apartment block. Showcases a comfortable queen bed in each bedroom and ceiling to floor 3 door sliding mirror built in wardrobes.
You will enjoy the convenience of a full sized kitchen with an espressotoria coffee machine, quality cutlery, and crockery. Basic pots, frypans, and bowls are provided as well as a microwave, full sized fridge with freezer, full sized oven & dishwasher.
Full sized bathroom with clean shower and toilet and plenty of storage in the vanity mirrored cabinets.
We provide plenty of clothes hangers, a vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, clothes airer, porta cot and high chair if required.
Internal space is 76 m2 plus a 50 m2 secluded rooftop balcony facing north and west with expansive sunset views. Outdoor furniture provides a homely setting watching the sunsets in our near new apartment. We are excited to share it with you and hope you enjoy your stay.
Timber-style oak look flooring accents the appealing open-plan living zone, effortlessly flowing to a desirable open-air alfresco balcony. Sleek adjoining kitchen houses high gloss soft-close cabinetry and quality stainless steel European appliances.
Bedroom offers ceiling to floor mirrored built-in-robes and glamorous bathroom. Separate toilet within powder room. Features include European laundry & Washer & Dryer. Split-system heating and cooling, Video intercom, Undercover car park and bicycle racks are available. Car parking is free. Free street parking too.
Bus Stop Route 548 is a few steps out front of the building with route directly to La Trobe University, no swapping bus routes, or taking you from Ivanhoe Station to the Melbourne City CBD only a few stops away (about 10). Easy walk to Repatriation Hospital, and Bell Street Shopping Mall only 800m away with Aldi Supermarket, CBA bank, post office etc. Close to Schools, Northland Shopping Centre, Bunnings, Viewbank College.
Once the reservation is confirmed, send me a text with your name and number to my Australian number. We will call or text you back to advise about access prior to check in and the time of your arrival. We prefer to meet and greet each of our guests in person and the guest registration form must be signed on arrival before keys are handed over at check in.
Please bring your photo ID for check in.
You will have the apartment all to yourself, and unless there are any concerns, we will leave you alone. Please contact us the day before checking out to confirm the 10.00am check out and send us a photo of where you have left the keys.
If you would like to extend your stay, put your request in as soon as possible, as we can get heavily booked out especially this time of year.
