This first-floor apartment with stair access only offers a tranquil setting directly opposite Balmoral Beach. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is framed by leafy outlooks, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, and a selection of board games to add a playful touch to your evenings together. Stay comfortable year-round with split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The modern kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a French press, dishwasher, and stools for two on the kitchen bench—perfect for intimate breakfasts.
