Spanning five picturesque acres, this tranquil retreat offers the perfect balance of nature and convenience, just moments from the vibrant town of Fredericksburg and the renowned vineyards of Texas Wine Country. The Vineyards provides a versatile setting for a romantic escape for two or a memorable group gathering.

Escape to the perfect blend of comfort and charm at The Vineyards, a charming retreat with six thoughtfully crafted cabins surrounded by peaceful landscapes and natural beauty. The Row cottage is a cozy retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. Inside, you'll find a plush king-size bed, a comfortable sofa, electric fireplace and a TV for your entertainment. The cottage also includes a convenient area with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, and sink, making it easy to prepare snacks and beverages. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, offering a refreshing start or end to your day. Step outside to the patio and start your day with a cup of coffee in the cozy two-person rocking chair, or head around the side of the cabin to soak in the soothing hot tub for a relaxing evening under the stars. (Please note the hot-tub sits right next to the cabin and is not fenced so it is visible from the other cabins)


The communal game room and outdoor area are the perfect hubs for entertainment and relaxation. Inside, the game room offers two inviting seating areas, each with a television for your enjoyment, along with a variety of games, including a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, air hockey, Jenga, and Connect Four. Outside, the rooftop deck provides a stunning spot to gather, watch the sunset, or enjoy an alfresco meal fresh off the grill. Just in front of the game room, the outdoor area features picnic tables, cornhole, plenty of seating, and two firepits, creating an ideal setting for memorable evenings under the stars.

Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $75 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
- Max number allowed for this unit is 2.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-Pets are required to be kept in a kennel when no one is present in the cottage.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots.
