This two story condo has a full kitchen, half bath/Full size laundry and living area on the main floor and 2 bedrooms (Kings) , 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. The living room has a balcony overlooking the beautiful white sand beach and blue waters of the gulf and the master balcony has view of Carillon Neighborhood and side view of the Gulf. Condo has a queen sleeper sofa as well as a nook that can be used for extra sleeping space. Guests can access 2 pools, tennis courts, basketball court, Bocce ball court, shuffle board, Dock on lake Powell, Fitness center and men's and women's sauna

We had a great week at Pinnacle Port. The condo was exactly as described. The condo and the building itself were extremely clean and well kept. The location is great and close to restaurants and shops. The gated community gives you plenty of privacy as well. The owners were great and responsive from the start of our booking all the way to the end of our stay. We would highly recommend this location and this host!!

really nice property, excellent location, kitchen had everything we needed, very comfortable beds, nice furniture. Will look to repeat visit in the future. smooth process for checking in and out.

Best location, beach wasn’t crowded, big indoor/outdoor pool, easy access to grocery and restaurants, perfect for family vacation with young children, owner communication awesome

Beautiful property!

Communication with the property owner was better than anything I could’ve asked for! He checked in with me multiple times before and during my stay to make sure things were good. The condo was in great condition and the location is perfect; just a short walk and elevator ride up to the unit. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful condo with a great balcony view

The owner was very pleasant to work with and very quick to respond to my questions. Condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Nice view and great location. Balcony view from living room was great. Not much views from master bedroom however the balcony has a view at an angle of the beach. Very nice place to stay with the family.

Thanksgiving 2021

Very clean and well decorated. Kitchen and bathroom supplies were plentiful. Great communication with the host. The master bed was very comfortable and upon investigation, I found it was a 'Purple' mattress. I'd been considering one of those for my own guest bedroom, I think I might go with it now. My family has gathered at Pinnacle Port for many years on various gathering occasions. This was my first time in the A building. I suspect I'll be back. Thanks for a lovely and stress free week!

Fantastic Spring Break

Our family enjoyed our stay in Carillon Beach at Pinnacle Port. It was all the little things that made it so enjoyable - from the luggage and grocery carts at the unloading areas, to the night lights in the unit to the secure keypad lock so we didn't have to fuss with keys for each of us. Our 2 teenage daughters enjoyed the pool, beach and just lounging in the corner cove in the living room watching all the tv channels available when the weather turned chilly. The condo was clean, decor was perfect and the beds were comfy. Our daughter thought the pull out sofa sleeper was great to sleep on! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we would need and we did cook a lot!! Having the washer and dryer in unit was key - lots of beach towels! The owner Eric was quick to respond to any question, although we didn't have any problems on our visit. He also checked in on us when we were there which was nice. Note - the grills are charcoal which was a bit of a pain, but previous renters had left some charcoal and we followed suit. Having the washer and dryer in unit was key as we had lots of beach towels. I was shocked as how quiet the building was even during all the chaos of Spring Break. We didn't hear anyone at night or in the hallways. All in all we loved our Spring Break, - our second time to Carillon Beach and we will be back.

Absolutely AMAZING!!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had renting a vacation place! The condo was beautiful and had absolutely everything we may need! Kitchen was completely stocked and coffee with a Keureg was provided! The owner was super helpful and let us check in early! The view was wonderful and the entire condominium was great! Heated pool was a lifesaver since we had kids with us in February! The beds were memory foam mattresses and plenty of extra sheets and blankets were provided for the fold out couch. We really enjoyed every minute of our vacation and part of that was due to such a great owner and condo! We will definitely be back when we get a chance!
