Family-friendly.
This apartment is spread over a single level, making it ideal for families with small children. There are just three steps to the front door of the apartment.

Kitchen.
The open kitchen area features caesarstone benchtops and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave.

Rooms.
There are three bedrooms. The master includes a Smart TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a huge walk-in robe and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom features a large walk-in robe, air-conditioning, Smart TV and ceiling fan. The third bedroom is at the rear of the apartment with mirrored robes, air-conditioning and fans.

Living area.
The main living area has a Smart TV opens onto a covered entertaining area.

Buggy.
This property includes 1 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent at Pool Terrace and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants may be subject to change.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
