Property Specific Notes
Property has an attached garage. Guests do not have access to the garage. As the garage is attached to the house, it is required to have heat sensors and smoke alarms wired to the house smoke alarm system. Regardless of garage access, for your own safety you must act and report if alarms are activated.
Pets will be considered. At the time of booking please advise if you intend to bring any pets, the type and number.
The property is fully fenced.
WiFi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with Asap but cannot be guaranteed.
Enough wood will be supplied for the slow combustion wood heater for the first two burns. After that, guests can purchase top-up wood and kindling from local petrol stations, hardware stores and some supermarkets at their own cost.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
