Atlantis 104F - Heated Pool! Sleeps 6, located next to the pier

Welcome to Seaside at Anastasia 104F

This beautiful ground-floor features three bedrooms that comfortably sleep six people. From the moment you walk in the door you will feel on vacation! Decorated with beautiful nautical chic furnishings and completely stocked with all the essentials of home you may never want to leave.  The kitchen boasts great counter space and all the utensils needed for meal prep or just walk out the door and visit any of the close by restaurants. The dining room has seating for 8, is perfect for a family game night or a meal. Clean up is a breeze with the full-size washer/dryer located within the unit.  Master Bedroom retreat features access to screened patio, King size bed with comfortable linens plus a flat screen smart tv with cable. The Master Bathroom is a spa oasis with a recently renovated walk in shower and dual vanities.
Guest bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed and Guest bedroom 2 has two twin beds, plus comfortable linens and tvs with cable.
We have a private screened patio that overlooks the serene pool and community pond, complete with fountain and walking path. Reserved parking is in front of the unit and extra guests may park in the visitor spots. 
 Spectacular view of water fountain lake w/lots of nature to enjoy from your screened porch. Key West style condo is steps over the bridge to heated pool and coastal décor clubhouse w/kitchen & workout room.


The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax

National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January.
Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheater within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier is across the street plus Anastasia Park is only about a mile away.
