- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the front door facing the front entry. Camera 2 is on the lower-level back door facing the patio. Camera 3 is on the deck facing the back door. Camera 4 is above the garage facing the driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- There is a golf cart/walking path crossover to the beach approximately 600 feet west of the property for easy access
- There is also a golf cart/walking path crossover to Margaritaville Resort approximately 2000 feet east once you're on the beach
- Please note that golf carts are not permitted on the beach itself, but there is cart parking nearby
