Leave your car in the security carspot, as youâre literally a minute stroll away from a multitude of restaurants, bars, shopping & CBD centre!

The building, Felix, has resort-style amenities including an outdoor heated lap Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna + Gym
We manage this apartment exclusively, instead of the on-site management.
âą Curl up on the couch or beanbag with Air-Conditioning & Stream your favourites (Netflix / apps access) on the 55â Smart TV in the lounge
âą Connect to the Lightning-fast WiFi (100Mbps down / 100Mbps up) + setup your Home Office on the dining table
âą Cook up a storm in the fully equipped Kitchen with absolutely everything youâll need to bake, fry, sautĂ© + grill!
âą Dine alfresco &/or enjoy a glass of vino on the Balcony with Views
âą Thereâs also a full laundry with Washing Machine & Dryer + everything youâll need to keep clean :)
