The Space
Single-Level Home – A spacious 2,279 sq. ft. layout with a split floor plan, offering privacy and comfort.
Living Room – Relax on the queen sleeper sectional, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV with Netflix. Large windows flood the space with natural light and stunning red rock views.
Kitchen – Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a new four-burner gas range, and granite countertops. The kitchen bar (seats 2) and breakfast nook (seats 4) provide perfect spots for morning coffee with a view.
Dining Area – A dining table for six and patio access for alfresco dining with a BBQ grill.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Master Suite – King bed, Smart TV with Netflix, sitting area, and large closet. The en-suite master bathroom features dual granite sinks, a soaking tub, separate tiled shower, and water closet.
Bedroom 2 – King bed, Smart TV with Netflix, access to a shared full bathroom with a shower.
