Beside the kitchen, a dedicated laundry room includes a third toilet for convenience.

The primary suite is a private sanctuary, featuring a king bed, balcony access, and a luxurious ensuite with an oval bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. Three additional bedrooms each offer king beds, while another bedroom includes a queen bed, baby crib, and direct garden access, making it ideal for families.

The ground floor features the main bathroom, complete with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and a separate toilet, providing convenience and privacy for guests. Step outside to beautifully manicured lawns and landscaped gardens, with a secure, fenced yard perfect for children. A small starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require more firewood during your stay, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
