Lakeside Retreat offers a tranquil, convenient home away from home on Lake Jindabyne.
In a small block of 3 it is the only downstairs apartment. It is private and quiet with an amazing view! You'll love the direct access to the lake and a variety of mountain bike trails at the back door. It's also an easy walk to town, park, skate park, bowling club, shops, cafes and easy access to the family friendly bike path. The snowfields of Perisher and Thredbo are only 35kms away for your snow fun.

The space
Lakeside Retreat is a great space with 3bedrooms, 2bathrooms, laundry and a compact but very functional open living space. The apartment is accessed by heading to the bottom of the external stairs from street level, it is the only unit on the downstairs level and offers direct lake access and a full length verandah.
Only a few short minutes walk to shops, restaurants, park, pubs and club.
There is easy and direct mountain bike access to the Mill Creek trail and also the lakeside bike path leading to the Hatchery Bay trail.
2 car spaces are at street level and the snowfields of Perisher and Thredbo are only approximately 30minutes drive away.

Guest access
Full use of apartment. Direct lake access. Note there are approx 30 external stairs to directly access the apartment down from the street level carpark.

Additional rules
Please do not wear outside shoes inside
Please ensure dishes are done and put away
Please ensure rubbish is removed and bins put out on street on collection nights
Please no bikes/skis/snowboards inside

Additional requests
Please ensure all dishes are washed up and put away including emptying of the dishwasher. Our cleaner charged an additional fee of $50 if this isn’t done and we will pass on the charge.

Please note in winter (June-Sept) we have a 2,5,7 night policy with arrivals and departures only on Fridays and Sundays
