Perfect for workers and travelers of all types, this townhouse located in Norlane boasts a light-filled and spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. With 2.5 bathrooms (main bedroom with ensuite), laundry and private garden with BBQ and outdoor furniture, this townhouse is one you don't want to miss on your next visit to Geelong.
The Space:
The private, double-story townhouse is positioned at the rear of three townhouses in the residential suburb of Norlane. Conveniently located, this townhouse is situated just off Princes Hwy, minutes from the Ring Road and 10 minutes from Geelong's main attractions.
Northside Townhouse offers an inviting and light-filled open-plan lounge and dining area along with a fully appointed kitchen downstairs, together with the convenience of a powder-room, Euro laundry and study nook. The northerly aspect looks out to the spacious private rear courtyard featuring an outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ, so you can enjoy alfresco cooking and dining with friends and family.
Upstairs features three comfortable bedrooms. The master with a queen-sized bed, ensuite and walk in robe, the second bedroom offers a double bed and built-in robe, and the third queen bed and built-in robe. A separate bathroom offers a toilet, vanity sink, shower and full-size bath to soak in after a day exploring the Geelong region.
The home is kept warm in winter with ducted heating throughout, or the downstairs area can also be heated or cooled in summer by the wall mounted split-system.
Enjoy dining out at nearby pubs, restaurants and cafes, or self-cater in the well-appointed kitchen featuring a five burner gas cook top, wide fan-forced oven, large fridge and freezer space.
