Guest Access:

Guest have full access to the entire home. Beth & Kyle live close by and are ready to help if needed. There is parking for 3 cars or 2 cars and room for your boat trailer if needed.

One pet, up to 50lb is welcome, with a pet fee.

Car suggested for traveling throughout the area. Biking and walking great to get to Ballard Park. The quiet Ballard neighborhood is a safe place for your family or group, tucked between US1 and the Eau Gallie River. Uber and Lyft both available.

Other Things to Note:

Please be respectful of the neighbors, this is NOT a party location but there is lots of room to enjoy your stay. Guests have access to the whole home and fenced backyard.

*10pm local noise ordinance. Noise in all outdoor areas must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. This local ordinance is enforced.

Outdoor spaces include dining area, fully fenced back yard. Off-street parking for 2 cars in the driveway.

Pets allowed with prior approval and $125 pet fee. (1 dog, up to 50lbs)
