Because of strict HOA requirements, guests (not including children) must be a minimum of 25 years old to reserve. Driver's licenses will be checked for each guest (excluding children). We do not rent to graduating seniors/prom week/senior week.

This is a family-oriented location and property! It is close enough to walk to the boardwalk but still offers quiet nights.

House rules are the following:
- Smoke-free (no vaping)
- Pet free
- 10 pm quiet time
- No parties permitted
- No fireworks or sparklers permitted
- Remove lint from the dryer after every use
-Children will be supervised on the balcony
- Trash and recycle should be taken outside before checkout
- All dishes washed and placed away before checkout. All plates, cups, etc. are dishwasher safe.
