Welcome to our serene 2-bedroom waterfront property in The Palms, Warana. Just 5 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from local fruit and veg stores, butcher, and cafes, this home is perfect for families and couples alike. With 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, and a dedicated workspace, you'll have plenty of room to relax or work. We've also provided puzzles and books to keep the kids entertained. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and all the comforts of home in this beautiful retreat.
PROPERTY DETAILS
The beautiful town house has car port parking for one vehicle, with space for a 2nd vehicle directly behind.
Entry into the property for the duration of your visit, is via lockbox by the door, allowing you quick and easy access. The code for the lockbox will be sent to you prior to your visit.
The home has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed
(Accommodation for 4 guests)
The house is open, airy, clean, modern, ducted aircon to be installed in time for Christmas, tastefully decorated and newly furnished throughout.
A very large outdoor undercover verandah has a dining area that overlooks the garden and stunning water views beyond. The entire back yard is fenced with a secure fence.
The kitchen has all accessories, including fridge, oven, cook top, microwave, pans, crockery, cooking implements and cutlery. We have a gas BBQ that is on the back verandah, that you can use throughout your stay.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service. We also provide beach towels for you to use.
This truly is a property with the perfect location for you to relax, unwind, walk, stroll, to the kilometres of unspoiled beach close by.
From the house it is:
- 2 minute drive to the km's of stunning beach
- 4 minute drive to Kawana Shopping Centre, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, shops
- 10-12 minute drive to Mooloolaba
- 15 minute drive to Caloundra
- 35 minute drive to Noosa
- 10 minute walk to Kawana Hotel / Dan Murphys Liquor
- 5 km drive to Point Cartwright Lighthouse
- No distance staying at home, enjoying all this stunning house has to offer

We do value our wonderful waterfront house and the well being of our neighbours. The property has a noise monitoring device. This high tech device does not record conversations, only the volume of sounds. Located on back verandah If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.
