Algies Bay - Relax By The Sea

Beautiful sea view looking out over Kawau Bay towards Kawau Island, 250m walk to stunning Algies Bay Beach. Our house has been renovated, fully furnished and is a very comfortable with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas. One living area and bathroom are on each level so it's very private for couples and families. There is an optional pull out double sofa bed. Our back yard has a good sized lawn and basketball hoop.
The space
We have 1 king bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed that pulls out into a small double bed. House can sleep 6 people comfortably.

The space
Easy access by car to top restaurants and markets. The property is within walking distance to shops including takeaways, dairy and pub, and just 10 kms from Warkworth and 55 minutes North of Auckland Harbour Bridge.

Easy access to Sandspit and the Kawau Island ferry as well as access to local beaches, Algies Bay (250m), Snells beach , Martins Beach and Scotts Landing. If you have a boat, access to the water is easy with the many boat ramps in the area. Boat would need to be 16' max to fix in driveway.

Just a few conditions of your stay:
*We would need the occupant to feed our very beautiful and affectionate cat 'Goldie' who is very self sufficient :)
*Minimum stay 5 nights
*Refundable bond is $320
*If you require a cleaner there will be an additional $100 fee
*Bed linen and towels provided

Guest access
Guests can use the whole house except the office downstairs that we have used for storage with closed curtains from the ranch slider.
Other things to note
This is our home so not all of our belongings are in storage. We will leave top drawers empty and free to use. We ask for privacy and respect of cupboards or areas with personal belongings. Otherwise cleaning products, utensils, games etc are for you to use while staying.
