Welcome to this gorgeous vacation home located in the resort community of Solterra.

This 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with its contemporary theme offers luxury and relaxation from the moment you enter. The kitchen itself is designed for the ease of the everyday chef. With upgraded appliances, beautiful cabinetry and granite countertops, everyone will want to whip up a quick meal here. The breakfast bar and dining room table present themselves for endless conversation and a great place to enjoy a meal. The living room, with flat screen TV is also the perfect place to gather around for a movie night. There is also a dining room which comfortably seats 8 guests.

Located in Solterra Resort, this amazing vacation home is sure to please. The kitchen is perfectly fitted with all you need to cook a gourmet meal and includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and upgraded cabinetry. The dining room table and breakfast bar seat everyone perfectly to enjoy delicious meals together. This home features 2 living room spaces. There is a Master with King bed downstairs and ensuite bathroom. There is a spacious deck with furniture around a lovely pool.

On the Ground Floor there is a cloakroom and washer and dryer plus an ironing board and iron for Guest use. There is also a Master King bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the Ground Floor.

In the games room you can enjoy a game of pool or foosball, or from the sofa enjoy the 55” wall mounted flat screen TV.
An A/C unit has also been installed for guest comfort. Free WIFI is also included for Guest use.

Upstairs there is a large loft area with comfortable seating, perfect for the kids to watch tv or to sit and quietly read. A great family area and we are sure you will enjoy it!

The large patio and pool with spa present themselves for a day of relaxation, soaking up the Florida sun. With an outdoor dining set and lounge chairs, enjoy the shade or an Al Fresco meal with your family and friends. Staying in Solterra provides you with access to their beautiful clubhouse - Guests will need to pay a one-time payment (currently $35) upon arrival to the Solterra Resort to use the Amenities. The Resort Amenities include a community pool, slide, gym and much more- it will provide days of family entertainment.

My extended family (11 people) needed somewhere to stay for a week at the absolute last minute due to our cruise being cancelled after we had already landed in Orlando. This house was everything that we needed to accommodate our family and make our week in Orlando great. It has nice, big clean rooms with comfortable beds, a fun game room space, and an amazing pool and hot tub. The resort amenities were a plus too! Great location to Orlando attractions and beach areas. Definitely recommend this one for larger groups.

Enjoyable - But Limited

It was good, the resort pool is poorly managed and staffed. The resort has a 'grill/bar' which opened around 11 am or so, they would work maybe 90 minutes, then close down for a break, open up again for another couple hours, and then shut down for the day. Keep in mind, this is their PEAK BUSY SEASON. The pool slide had similar limited hours of operation, the lazy river did not open at the same time as the pool, and was shut down earlier than the pool as well. As you can imagine, the limited hours of operation creates a crowd scenario, as everyone is trying to use these services due to the limited hours of operation. I've been to a lot of these, and this was one of the poorest run operations we have run across in the last 20 yrs. This is no reflection on the home we stayed at, nor any of the services/amenities at the home. Just unfortunate, and largely avoidable with a little effort.

Was not satisfied

I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the property. Our tub in the bathroom did not drain properly. The shower curtain was molded and had a bad smell from the mold. One of the rooms did not get ac so it was very hot. The pool was dirty and there was trash in the bathroom trash cans from previous renters. I will not rent this property again or recommend this property.

First Family Vacation

This was the first family vacation that my wife and I have been able to take with our 11 children and it couldn't have gone any better. We arrived in Orlando early and was able to secure an early check-in. The house looked amazing in the pictures but was even better in person. The house is laid-out perfectly. for our size of family. We tried to reserve other houses prior to this one, and thankfully those fell through, because this ended up being the perfect house for our vacation. Our kids loved the private pool as well as the resort pool and lazy river. The resort was located perfectly as we never really traveled that far to get to any of the attractions that we visited. The only thing that didn't seem to work was the cable TV, but we were able to login to our Youtube TV account for the little bit of time that we were at the house watching TV. With that said, we never called to see how to rectify the issue, so it may have been something on our end that we didn't try. We hated to leave and, without a doubt, would stay here again if ever in Orlando.

20th Anniversary Trip

We enjoyed the stay with our teen son, college aged daughter and their two friends. The house was very clean and nicely decorated, well stocked. The kids loved the game room especially the air hockey table. A big plus was that the game room is air conditioned. Many rentals put game rooms in the garage but it is too hot to play in there but with this one it was nice and cool and they spent more time in there. The Harry Potter room was really cute and decorated nice. My college daughter is a big Harry Potter fan so she loved it. The home was large and we had some other family come on Saturday just during the day and we all enjoyed the pool And patio. If there was one thing if asked to improve I would say that the left side of the outside pool screen could use a pressure washIng and normal rental wear and tear In house but again that is nit picky and did not bother us. The house met our needs and expectations and would definitely rent again. The vacation rental company used by owner did a great job communicating with us as well.
