Welcome to, "Beach Hideaway 30a!"
This stunning 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome is newly renovated, family friendly, and full of coastal elegance! Situated on 30A in the The Legends of Santa Rosa Beach Neighborhood, the amenities offered are; two community pools, hot tub, beach volleyball court, tennis courts, 6 gas grills with picnic area, and covered parking. A boardwalk extends along the southern side of the complex offering easy access to the outdoor activities on the grounds, and also leads you to the Spooky Lane Beach Access, which is less than 300 yards away! This coastal townhome boasts balconies with peek a boo gulf views, quartz countertops, updated appliances, and an open concept living and dining area flooded with natural light.
