Soli Deo Gloria is a multi-level, luxury home featuring 6 bedrooms, 5 full and 3 half bathrooms, and nearly 6,000 sq. ft. to accommodate large families and groups. Guests can enjoy the private saltwater pool that can be seasonally heated or cooled for an additional fee. A convenient half-bathroom is located on the ground level. The home features impeccable views, a private pier and boat slip, and balcony access from almost every room. This amazing home offers guests over 5,000 square feet of deck and balcony space from multiple floors with nearly 360 views of the pool, little lagoon, and the Gulf of Mexico. Guests also have access to a private pier and boat slip as well as community amenities such as easy beach access, a large community pool, and tennis courts, all tucked away in the private gated community of Laguna Key.

The amenities continue inside. The upper level (3rd floor) features the first of two living rooms with a stunning view of the lagoon, a wide-open floor plan, and plenty of seating. The kitchen features all new appliances, two dining tables with extra seating at the bar, and the same beautiful views. A convenient half-bathroom is located just off the living and dining areas.

Also on the upper floor is the primary bedroom suite with a king bed, balcony access, and a 75" TV with a soundbar and subwoofer. An elevator allows easy access to all parts of the home. The lower level (2nd floor) features a second living area with an oversized sectional for plenty of seating, 65” TV with soundbar, and a kitchenette for convenient access to snacks or coffee. Another half bathroom is conveniently located just off this living area. 

The remaining 5 bedrooms are also located on the lower level. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 all feature king beds, balcony access, 50" TVs and private bathrooms. Bedroom 5 features a king bed, a 50" TV and a shared bathroom with bedroom 6. Bedroom 6 features a set of queen bunk beds to sleep 4 and a 43" TV. 

This home is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs with additional pet fees.

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
