Located in a very unique and sought-after position where you can experience the best of beach and country living. Take the short 7-minute stroll down to one of the most iconic beaches in South Australia at Surfers Pde, Middleton or enjoy watching sheep grazing from your front living area. This property has it all, North facing, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dual living areas, outdoor alfresco and side access for cars or boat. Wi-Fi and Linen Included - beds made.
The Space:
• Open plan kitchen, living, dining, capturing lovely natural light and gentle sea breezes. Here you have ducted air conditioning, easy care tiled flooring and direct access out to the undercover alfresco entertaining area. This is an ideal place for weekend BBQ's where you can create special memories all year round.
• The modern kitchen has gas cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, corner pantry and large breakfast bar. Fantastic storage and bench space, brilliant for cooking up a storm for your family and friends.
• Relax in the front formal living area, gaze out to the paddocks and see the spring lambs frolicking in the distance.
• Master bedroom is overlooking the front garden with a King bed, large walk in robe and a convenient ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
• Guest wing has an additional 3 bedrooms all with built in robes. Two have queen beds and one with two single beds. Bathroom with full bath, shower and a separate W/C, timber look cabinetry and neutral colour palate to suit everyone's taste.
