Kitchenette and Dining Area: The kitchenette includes essentials like a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, perfect for preparing quick meals. Enjoy dining at the table with views of downtown. There’s also ample storage, making it suitable for longer stays.



Bathroom: The bathroom is fitted with a modern walk-in shower, fresh towels, and toiletries for your comfort.

The nearest airport, Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), is 53 miles away, with driving times depending on traffic. Parking is assigned in an indoor garage or off-site if needed. Public transit options, including buses and rideshares, are accessible within a short walk from the property.



Other Things to Note:

Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.



- A complimentary cleaning will be provided every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note this is mandatory.

- Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. The property manager can provide complete terms regarding the guest verification. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

- Baby equipment is available upon request for a fee.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Guests will need to climb stairs at the apartment complex.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- There is no daily housekeeping, but cleaning services can be arranged for a fee.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.

- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the bed. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property using a door code. The access codes will be sent to you before your arrival.

Perfect location for walking downtown or heading to the beach. Very clean and lots of storage for the size of the apartment. I would add a small stovetop / oven for dining in and an outdoor sitting area. Otherwise, perfect. We will definitely stay here again when we visit.

This place is clean, sorta secluded and has a garage for 1 vehicle. Host is very responsive.We had a good time as this apartment is close to the Amphitheater.

This is a nice enough place very close to all the downtown fun. We both drove and walked anywhere we wanted to go. Entirely on me, but I apparently did not read the listing closely enough as I did not realize there was no proper bedroom nor bed. You will be sleeping on a sofa bed, and I would not have booked this place had I realized that. The power also went out in the night on our second night's stay. We didn't know where the breaker box was until we found it in the morning and finally were able to get the power going again. I loved the nice Sonos speaker they had. The residents or guests of the residents of the main house blocked the driveway and we couldn't get out the first morning. We had to walk where we were going, so just understand that that might be an issue. We definitely could have used more than one towel per person but I suppose that's personal preference. I maintain a rental property and we always have tons of towels available right on site. If you're in your 20s and a sofa bed won't cause you to have a strained neck the next day, this place is a fairly good spot to stay.
