Three comfortable bedrooms sleep up to 8 (including a bunk room for kids), and two stylish bathrooms feature both a deep soaking bath and rainfall showers for post-beach unwinding.

Guests will have access to the whole property, but the rear shed is locked.

Our beautiful local beach is just 500m away but is not patrolled.
Ocean Grove Main Beach offers family friendly swimming, surfing, and walking and is patrolled in summer months.
13th Beach offers long beach walks and waves for advanced surfers.
Barwon River caters to fishing, swimming, SUPing, kayaking, and walking the shoreline.
The house is situated close to Ocean Grove Marketplace, and The Terrace shopping precinct, with plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries, breweries around the region.
Adventure Park is a great day out with the kids - just 10 mins drive away.

Getting Around:
Ocean Break Away is only 500m to an unpatrolled Surf Beach, and easy walking/riding distance to parks and the local shop. On and off-street parking available. 1.2km to Ocean Grove Marketplace Shopping Centre, and 2km to The Terrace main shopping strip.
