Seas The Day - private pool, 1 block from Ocean!

Very nice and spacious 2-story 4BR/4.5 BA raised beach house, sleeps 12 to 16 max. on 12' stilts, less than 1 block from ocean with a PRIVATE pool! Our rental house has three balconies/decks with Covered parking under house and driveway for 5 cars max.   2600 square feet total. Rooms are freshly painted and updated in Coastal colors.   Flat screen tv’s in every room. Pilot Rock charcoal grill installed in front of house.

Master bedroom has king bed, nightstand and 5-drawer chest
Second bedroom upstairs is furnished with two sets of Captain bunkbeds. (twin over full)
Third large bedroom has 2 white wicker queen beds, nightstand and dresser.
4th bedroom is on first floor and is furnished with 2 white wicker queen beds, nightstand and 5-drawer chest

Our raised beach house has large open living area / kitchen with sofa, and 2 loveseats in Livingroom with WiFi.

Dining area has one very large table that sits 10 to 12 and has 4 stools at counter.

Full Kitchen is furnished with dishwasher,, range, microwave, blender, mixer, coffee maker, crockpot.
ironing board, high chair, pack n play, games and puzzles are also provided. Clothes washer and dryer are located in upstairs hall.

Outdoor space has covered parking, private pool, party lights, gas grill, pool floats and outdoor games.

Rate includes taxes, and fees, and utilities.
There is a separate Housecleaning fee of $350. Pool heat is potentially available with separate fee.


Renter should be: over age 25, and must be occupant. 12-16 people max., non-smoking house. No pets allowed. Renter accepts our private home As Is. Please let us know in advance of any special accommodations needed for you or your family.

Family vaca

House is very well stocked and in a great location. Outside area is very nice. Has a gas grill there. Plenty of seating room inside and outside by the pool.

Awesome Place

We had such a great time! Everything you could think of was there for you. All you really needed to do was park your clothes. The location was excellent. We definitely will be staying again!!

Great rental

We had 3 families staying here with kids we had more than enough space for each family. Not a bad walk to the beach and close to the pier. Loved the big table so everyone can eat together. We had a great time. Host was very helpful with things to do in area and letting us know about check in checkout process. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time at Seas the Day. The host was very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly if we had a question. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. It was very hot while we were there and we enjoyed spending time in the pool. We appreciated the board games and my eight-year-old great niece fell in love with the Aggravation game. She wanted to play it every night. The house is an easy drive to Huntington Beach State park and Brookgreen Gardens which we visited twice. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, many restaurants, and stores. There is something for everyone at Seas the Day and Murrells Inlet.

Highly Recommend!!

This place was excellent!! The home was updated and extremely clean. The home owner was exceptional to deal with. The pool and pool area was excellent, especially for small children. It's just a small stroll to the beach and she provided lots of extras to use during your stay. We will for sure stay here again. This is an awesome place for a large family or large group of friends. Highly recommend!!

Spacious and quiet

This property easily accommodated our party of 16. It has 3 balconies and a small fenced in pool with bar area and grill. I loved that while only a brief walk to the beach, it was away from the crowds of Myrtle proper. Already planning our next trip! Thank you, Sam!!!!

Great Family & Friends Accommodation

Our family met down here for a 2-week vacation. The place was clean, spacious and full of amenities.Great little pool, variety of toys and things, some in good shape, some not. Functional and very well equipped kitchen. Rooms were very spacious, only comment is some of the beds were very soft and lacked support, but as long as you’re on your own in a bed it was ok. Clean sheets & towels. Great location - close to the beach! What else do you need? :)The family of kids and adults all enjoyed our stay here and were happy with the accommodations. And the lister was a great communicator!

BEST Location with everything you could need!!

We rented this house for Labor Day weekend. 4 adults and 6 kids from 5-15. House was PERFECT. Very short walk to the beach. Food lion is super close for any supplies. Great location!! House was beautiful. It was spotless. We are a little overly concerned with allergies and check behind beds for dust etc and we didn’t find any gross build up like you do in other houses. So great to not have to clean before vacationing! The pictures on this listing don’t show you how BIG all the bedrooms are. Normally you show up and realize the pictures were stretched to make a house look bigger but not this time. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Pool was great! When kids got tired of the ocean we brought them back rinsed them off with the hose in the driveway and they jumped in the pool while we fixed dinner. The backyard is so much fun. The owners really went above and beyond to provide a wonderful vacation home. We will absolutely be back. Can’t wait to return!! Book this house you will not be disappointed!

I am going to start this review by stating that this is first time I’ve had either the pool company or the cleaning staff call me to alert me as to what rough shape the guests left the house in. I was out of town when this guest left and was shocked when I received the calls. There was trash left everywhere - every room of the house as well as the outside. Empty water bottles left laying on floor in every room. I had paid to have outside of house and all the concrete floor underneath power washed so that it would be in terrific condition before this guest checked in. Looks like they spilled multiple things under the house and didn’t even attempt to hide it off. Very specific instructions were provided to guests prior to check in that before leaving property, all beds were to be stripped and all dirty linens and towels placed in the laundry hampers that are provided in each room. None of this was followed. Games that I provide at house in cabinet were left open on the floors with pieces everywhere. Not to mention they actually unscrewed and removed the pool light from the pool and left it on floor of pool. They also broke one of the up lights in front of palm tree in front of house. The guest complained about the pool heat and the pool company came twice and verified pool heat was working fine. And the guessers left the pool heat on 90 degrees as if they were trying to make it a hot tub. I could go on and on but needless to say this was not a great experience. I expects guests to leave house in similar condition as they find it. This couldn’t have been further from that.

Excellent large family beach home!

We loved staying at this house! The house is perfectly located with an easy two minute walk to the beach, private pool on site and quick drive to stores and a playground. The house is spacious, beautiful and fully equipped with all the supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. Sam was quick to respond to any questions and helped make our visit to Garden City Beach amazing. We would highly recommend this house and we will most definitely be returning!

Great location and beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely decorated and stocked with all the extras, including hair dryers and coffeemaker. The linens and towels are all new and the house was well cleaned and maintained. We will definitely be going back.
