The keys are securely stored at one of our trusted key storage partners, located a short walk away from the property for your convenience. Store opening times may vary due to special occasions or holidays. The store is open 24 hours a day. We strongly suggest you go the shop first then to the apartment block.

Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. Construction Works: Please note that there is an ongoing construction happening along Collins Street and may cause some inconvenience.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
