Soft sheer curtains drape the floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing natural light to bathe the open-plan living space. The L-shaped layout features a stylish kitchen and living room. Parquet floors lead into the living area, where soft shades of white and cream melt into a low, curvaceous sofa, situated in front of a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and framed by oversized, complementary modern art. The dining space includes wicker Cesca-style chairs around a glass table, adding a modern-vintage twist to the contemporary interior. Completing the space is a white-gloss kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, full-sized fridge, coffee maker, and electric cooktop. Just steps from lush Waverley Park, you couldn't ask for a better location to explore bustling Bondi. Minutes from Bondi Road, you’ll be within easy reach of the area's best hotspots, boutiques, and restaurants. Of course, no stay is complete without spending a day at Bondi Beach with the surfers, and as evening falls, head to Bondi Icebergs for a sundowner, where the views are good but the cocktails are even better

The Neighbourhood
- For a dinner to remember, try Iberica, a casual yet delicious Spanish-Mediterranean restaurant, just a stone's throw from the sun-drenched sands of Bondi Beach.
- A must-visit for sunbathing, swimming, and surfing, a day on Bondi Beach is a must. Or take the coastal path from Bondi to Coogee.
- Totti’s Italian is a must. A firm favourite on the Bondi dining scene. It offers delicious food alongside some of the best wines on the coast.
- Cool off in Bondi Icebergs pool. A stunning ocean pool located at the southern end of Bondi Beach, it's a popular spot for swimmers, with panoramic ocean views.

There are great public transport links around this property. You can get the 333 or 380 bus from Bondi Road to take you around Sydney, and you’re a 10-minute walk to Bondi Junction train station. We recommend car-sharing apps such as Uber.

- Please be advised that the lifts will be out of service from September through December 2025, with work scheduled for completion by the end of December 2025. During this period, access will be via eight flights of stairs. We kindly ask that you consider this when making your booking.

As the temporary inconvenience is reflected in the pricing, no compensation will be provided related to this maintenance.

Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. For non-Airbnb bookings, IDs for verification will be required, and a pre-authorisation hold will be placed one day prior to arrival.
