The Space:
Our property offers luxurious comfort with two spacious bedrooms, each featuring ensuite bathrooms for privacy and convenience. The fully equipped modern kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, complemented by an open-plan living area that includes a dining room table for enjoyable meals and gatherings. Stay connected with unlimited VDSL wireless internet and enjoy entertainment options with Freeview SKY TV. Warm up by the gas fireplace or enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating, making the space incredibly warm and cozy. Step out onto the balcony, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Full laundry facilities, including a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, provide added convenience. A secure single car garage is available for parking and storing ski equipment, ensuring your stay is both comfortable and practical.
Step onto the balcony through expansive sliding glass doors to bask in panoramic views, ideal for unwinding with a glass of Central Otago wine and savouring a barbecue on a balmy summer evening.
A BBQ is available for guest use. If you would like to use it during your stay, please inform us at your earliest convenience or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. A fee of $150 applies, which covers the gas bottle, BBQ usage, and professional cleaning after your stay.
BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS:
Bedroom 1- Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 2- King Size Bed that can be split into 2 Single beds
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.
Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.
A maximum of 4 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
Minimum 3 night stay during Christmas and New Years.

There is one garage space available for your vehicle.
