Beautiful Coastal Beach House. New build close to golf and beaches .

Dreamer's Holiday is a new coastal beach house built in October 2024. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 3-piece bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Primary suite contains a King bed with en-suite washroom, with sliding glass doors onto spacious deck. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, the third bedroom has 2 single beds. All rooms have ceiling fans controlled by a remote.

The house faces south towards the ocean for wonderful ocean views. Sunlight permeates the vaulted great room, with a warming radiance that only PEI can offer. If you love sunsets then this is the place for you. Enjoy each evening sitting on the deck while you sip a glass of wine.

All kitchen appliances are new. The refrigerator dispenses cold water and ice for your convenience. The stove top is an induction surface. The dishwasher is whisper quiet. There is a microwave and coffee maker.

The 10-seat table is in the sunroom, adjacent to the great room. This has banquette seating, with storage containing board games and an assortment of jigsaw puzzles. The sunroom also has a double sofa bed for additional guests. Privacy can be maintained by closing sliding barn doors. A full-sized stacked washer and dryer is in the utility closet in the sunroom.

The house has a heat pump to regulate heating and cooling.

Our house is fully accessible, with hallways, bathrooms and doorways sized to accommodate wheelchairs

The beach house is equipped with an Electric Vehicle Charger. It comes with a J1772 charging plug. If you drive a Tesla or Nissan you will need an adapter. The town of Souris, located about 20 minutes away, has a 50KW fast charger otherwise.
