The villa is thoughtfully arranged across a main house and a fully self-contained guest cottage, offering flexibility for families, groups, or multi-generational stays.



The main level of the villa features two en-suite twin bedrooms, a private study, and two beautifully appointed sitting areas, both opening directly onto a covered patio. The interiors blend contemporary elegance with Caribbean charm, complemented by large windows, jalousie shutters, and airy open spaces that invite natural light and cooling breezes throughout.



At the heart of the home is a spacious, fully equipped induction kitchen designed for both everyday living and entertaining. Highlights include double ovens, a built-in wok, wine cooler, espresso facilities, and an elegant eight-seat dining area—ideal for guests who enjoy cooking or hosting memorable meals.



A comfortable TV room with plasma television, DVD player, and surround sound system provides a relaxed indoor retreat for movie nights or quiet downtime.



Upper-Level Suites with Sweeping Views

The upper floor houses the master suite and a further en-suite guest bedroom, both enjoying breathtaking sea and golf course views stretching across the 13th fairway to the western coastline. These rooms are furnished with king beds and offer air-conditioning or ceiling fans for personalized comfort.



A shared private patio and an interconnecting walk-in closet—lockable for privacy—add to the flexibility and exclusivity of this level.



Outdoor Living & Entertaining

Outdoor living is a defining feature of Howzat!. The expansive main patio offers a covered dining area comfortably seating up to twelve guests, alongside additional lounge seating perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or sunset cocktails.



Just beyond, the infinity-edge swimming pool and pool deck invite relaxation under the Caribbean sun, complemented by an outdoor shower and uninterrupted golf course views.



Detached Guest Cottage

Located just off the pool deck, the fully self-contained guest cottage provides an additional layer of privacy and independence. It houses two en-suite twin bedrooms (convertible to king beds), a lounge with plasma TV and DVD player, and a well-equipped kitchenette featuring a dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, and refrigerator—ideal for guests who appreciate their own space.



Guest Access:

Effective from 1st May 2026, there will be a 'facilities charge' of US$10/person/day for access to the communal facilities. The charge is payable locally, will be collected by Royal Westmoreland directly when you pick up your Resort Passes from the Clubhouse, and is not included within the cost of your rental. For those guests already in residence when the fee comes into effect, the charge will be applied for those nights from the 1st May 2026 and any remaining days, and is required in order to continue using the facilities.



As a guest at the resort you can chose to forgo the use of the facilities for the duration of your stay, avoiding the charge entirely. Guests receiving Resort Passes are required to pay for the duration of their stay and cannot pick-and-choose select dates.



Getting Around:

The vibrant town of Holetown is just an eight-minute drive away, offering shopping malls, boutiques, supermarkets, local arts and crafts, and an excellent selection of dining options. The nearest West Coast beach is also within easy reach.

Interaction with Guests:

HOUSE RULES

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
