This luxury home boasts a split layout of 6 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms between a main home & carriage house – all on an extra large lot with a huge private backyard, a large (optionally heated) pool & hot tub, a gazebo, a firepit and even its very own golf cart to rent!

---LIVING SPACES---



Start at the circular drive with its waiting 6-passenger golf cart (ask about renting this amazing amenity!) and lush landscaping and step onto the wide front porch, reminiscent of southern coastal living! During our off season (November, December, January, and February) we are including the 6 passenger golf cart free of charge (promotion only good for trips STAYING during those months, not for any other time period)

The entry leads you directly into a vaulted living area with 11’ ceilings, a fireplace (currently only for aesthetics & is not functional) and a Roku smart TV, perfect for movie nights and rainy days.



To the right is a beautiful traditional dining table that can seat 10, breakfast bar seating for 4, and just beyond is the sunny kitchen with its own additional separate and spacious pantry.



The kitchen is fully stocked with top of the line appliances, cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker that appeals to standard drip coffee drinkers as well as Keurig connoisseurs! We feature GoBena coffee where a part of the proceeds go to one of the GoBena charities!



---BEDROOMS AND BATHS---



Up a few steps from the kitchen you'll find the ground floor bedrooms. There’s a king bedroom with its own walk-in closet and Roku smart TV.



The second bedroom is perfect for a small family - or all the kids! It can sleep up to 7 with a standalone queen bed, and a twin over queen bunk bed - both with twin trundle beds beneath. These two bedrooms have easy access to the full shower bathroom across the hall.



Head up the grand staircase to the 2 master suites. To the left is a king bedroom with its own sitting area, a Roku smart TV, a full wall of closet space, and an en-suite full bathroom with a shower & tub combo.



The grande master suite is to the right with a huge walk-in closet that is large enough for a crib, a luxurious king bed, a private coffee & wine bar and access out to the upper deck through gracious French doors. The en suite bath boasts a luxurious Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, backlit mirror, and his & hers sink areas.

The Carriage House behind the main house appeals to the guests in the group that crave a little bit of separate space. There’s an upper floor studio suite and a downstairs en-suite bedroom.



The first floor of the carriage home is accessible right past the pool deck and the firepit. A private entrance brings you to a queen bedroom with a Roku smart TV, and an en-suite full shower bathroom perfect for older teens!



Around the corner and up one flight of stairs (a separate entry right off the driveway) is the upstairs studio which has a king bed, a full shower bathroom, a small sectional sitting area with smart TV and a complete kitchenette. It also has its own deck that's perfect for grandma and grandpa, or the newlyweds in the family!

---OUTDOORS---



The gracious front porch extends across the front of the house - the perfect place for relaxing with a crisp cool drink after a day at the beach. Perhaps superseded only by the upper deck with its ocean breezes! For the adventurers in the group, a ladder on the upper deck leads to the Crow’s Nest, perfect for looking out to the sunset over the ocean with a glass of wine!

The backyard inspires relaxation with a large pool and deck, an 8 person hot tub on its own deck, a covered gazebo area with dining and seating areas, Weber grill, and a fire pit with Adirondacks for making some of our signature Key Lime s’mores.



After all that, there’s still room to run, play, or throw the frisbee in the private fenced yard! As a bonus, there’s an outdoor shower located right off the pool deck for added convenience!

--TINY TRAVELERS--

We provide a pack & play, high chair, and plastic dishes/cups/silverware to accommodate the children in your group. These items are complimentary and always available at the listing.



---AROUND TOWN---



You are in the heart of Crystal Beach, and directly across from the Destin Commons, with plenty of shopping, entertainment and restaurants.



The Silver Sands Outlets are a few minutes drive East - with more shopping, restaurants and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking - or golf cart - distance! We love taking the golf cart to pretty much anywhere around this area.



Note: During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road in either direction!

We recommend bringing additional supplies for your trip, as only a small amount of complimentary "hotel/travel size" items are provided, typically enough to get you through your first day (depending on your group size & length of stay). Items recommended to bring are: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, soap, specific spices, oils, plastic wrap/foil, sunscreen, aloe, and beach items other than our provided beach towels that you can't live without.



Please read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!



Please plan your trip accordingly as we are located in Central Standard Time with a check in of 4pm and a checkout of 9am the day of your departure. We do not permit early check-ins, or late check-outs unless previously discussed in advance as it is not always possible to accommodate them.



Spring break/student groups (Any group under 25 years old) are NOT permitted at any time. We do not make exceptions, and you will not be permitted access to the home.



Parties and events are not permitted.



We are pet friendly with a one time $200 fee (this includes emotional support animals). Only ADA recognized service animals are exempt from this and we must be notified prior to your arrival. Any impersonation of a service animal (i.e. emotional support animals or pets) is a crime in the state of Florida and will not be tolerated at any time.



We always recommend inquiring about a golf cart rental as we get a premium discount for our guests - varying by season. Golf Cart rental & Pool heating are not included in your booking so ask about these amenities when booking for pricing! We do offer specials occasionally!

With two driveways, there is plenty of parking for up to 8 vehicles (including space for boat/trailer/RV parking if needed).
