The Space:

Guanaba Farm by Tiny Away is a peaceful farm stay located in Guanaba, within the Gold Coast Shire, just 27 minutes from the Gold Coast beaches. Enjoy sweeping views of Mount Tamborine from your elevated tiny home, overlooking a subtropical orchard, a horse paddock, and the surrounding mountain ranges.



Explore nearby attractions such as the Gold Coast Motor Museum, Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk, Gallery Walk, and the Glow Worm Caves at Tamborine. You can also visit the Gold Coast Wake Park, the Fox and Hound Hotel, nearby wineries, or swim in a local waterhole for an authentic Queensland getaway.



After a day of adventure, return to our cozy holiday homes for a relaxing retreat. This 139-square-foot tiny features a BBQ grill, a queen-sized bed, fresh rainwater, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and a gas heated shower.



IMPORTANT NOTE: In compliance with our insurance policy, we require guests to confirm their reservation details prior to arrival, including the number of guests and that no children or pets will be staying.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home and the immediate area.



Upon arrival, we’ll be happy to welcome you to our farm stay and give you a brief overview of the property, including which areas are private. As we have horses on-site, we kindly ask that all gates are kept closed at all times.

The farm stay is just 7 minutes from Tamborine Mountain’s bushwalks, cafés, wineries, and local markets.



Explore nearby attractions during your stay. Just 9 minutes away, the Gold Coast Motor Museum showcases 75 vintage cars and bikes. Enjoy outdoor fun at Tree Tops Adventure and Gold Coast Wake Park. Stroll Gallery Walk for art, jewellery, and gifts. Discover the Glow Worm Caves for a magical underground experience, and walk among the treetops at the Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk.

By Public Transport:



- There is no public transport available in this area.



By Flight:



- The nearest airport is Gold Coast Airport, approximately 45 minutes by car (50 km). Brisbane Airport is also accessible, around 1 hour and 15 minutes by car (85 km).



Other Things to Note:

- Children and pets are strictly not allowed.

- Wifi is not available

- Gas BBQ Grill is available

- Smoking is not allowed on the property

- Mobile reception is good for all Telco lines

- Keep noise levels down as sound travels easily

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- JUST ASK: We provide information on local markets and bushwalks

- Do not bring candles, drones, pets, loud generators, loud music, slingshots, or motorbikes

- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving

- Remember to check your belongings and rubbish, and leave the house clean when you leave

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge



SAFETY NOTICE:



- Drive slowly as wildlife and horse riders are common in the area

- Please note that some fences have electric or barbed wire as we are a working farm

- Please do not approach or feed the farm animals or horses unless it’s feeding time and we are present.



Important note:



- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife and birdlife is present

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
