We invite you to enjoy this beautiful, split-level cedar home that sits high in the tree canopy of old Ocean Grove!
The house is stylishly appointed and spacious. With four bedrooms, and two bathrooms, its ideal for one or two families, or a group of friends/couples. The extensive rear deck sits amongst the tree canopy and is certainly a highlight.
We have the lovely Blue Lake close by, just a 5-minute walk. The main street of Ocean Grove is a 20-minute walk away.
We are pet friendly.
This property has a large double carport at the front of the property, suitable for 2 cars, additional cars can park on the street. Make your way down a few stairs, along the path and you enter on the middle level of the property.
Upstairs you have a further two levels with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, when you go down one level you have your living space plus laundry and powder room. The beautiful lounge has 2 x double doors that open out to the deck, comfy couches (including a queen-sized fold out sofa bed) and a wood fire, ideal for making those winter nights even more cosy.

Bedroom 2 - 2 x king singles, plus a king single trundle
Bedroom 3 - Single sized day bed with single trundle
Bedroom 4 - King bed with ensuite
Lounge - Queen sized fold out sofa bed
- All bed linen and towels are supplied, please BYO beach towels, if required.
- Unlimited Wi-Fi
- There is no free to air TV, but all the apps (7, 9, 10, SBS, ABC) are set up on the smart TV
- We supply a small amount of wood and kindling to get you started, you can purchase more from the local service station.
- STRICTLY - no parties, schoolies, hens/bucks or events of any type.
- You must be over the age of 25 to book this property
- Pets are welcome on the property and small clean pets welcome in the house. We just ask that you keep pets off the furniture.
- We are here to assist with any questions you may have. We can also provide suggestions for great local places to visit, including the best cafes and restaurants or transport options.
Guests have access to the whole property.
We like to give our guests space to enjoy their stay but I am close by if needed.
There are stairs in multiple areas throughout this property, please keep this in mind when booking, this may not be appropriate for some guests with decreased mobility.
GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.
CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow
housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.
UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire,
storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.
PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may ocurr. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules.
LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include
pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee.
YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for
security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm. Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if
required. Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not
fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish thatis left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the
cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss
of property during your stay.
