STRAIGHT TO THE POINT is a comfortable upstairs living holiday home that accommodates up to 4 guests with only a short walk to the beach, sea views from balcony, dogs welcome!

Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric oven/stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster, toastie machine, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, dining table & chairs, living area with L shaped cane lounge, TV, DVD player.

Bathroom with vanity, shower and w/c.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 2 single beds

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Linen can be hired - $38.50 for queen per bed, $27.50 for single per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.

Pine Point is around a 2hr drive from Adelaide, a popular spot for fishing, boating and is well known as an excellent wading area to rake the shallows for blue swimmer crabs. Pine Point has a licensed kiosk open 7 days a week with basic groceries, take away foods, cold drinks, ice creams, alcohol, bait and tackle. Ardrossan is only a 15 minute drive north and Port Vincent a 15 minute drive south of Pine Point.

$200 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay

Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
