Blue Line Retreat - Unité 1

BLUE LINE RETREAT UNIT 1 est une unité de 2 chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes, proche de toutes commodités dans un emplacement idéal pour vos vacances / escapade de pêche.

Cuisine avec four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / congélateur, table / chaises, ventilateur de plafond. Salon avec TV, DVD.

Chaque chambre dispose d'un climatiseur à cycle inversé, qui refroidit l'ensemble de l'unité.

Salle de bain avec double douche, w / c, 2ème salle de bain avec douche et w / c.

Cour couverte privée avec barbecue Webber Q, décor extérieur, ventilateur de plafond, salon, télévision et chaîne stéréo.

Configuration des lits - chambre 1 - lit queen size, chambre 2 - tri-couchette (double en bas, simple en haut).

Beaucoup de stationnement pour les voitures et les bateaux. Buanderie commune, nettoyage du poisson et cuisinière à crabes, aire de lavage pour bateaux / moteurs avec tuyaux.

Les oreillers et les couettes sont fournis, vous devrez apporter votre propre linge de lit - taies d'oreiller, draps haut / bas, serviettes.

Great set up, perfect for young children with the fully fenced areas. Large undercover outside area. Beautiful bathrooms. Plenty of room for our family of 5.

Perfect location

Excellent accommodation. Very clean and well presented. Lovely bathroom. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach, shops, hotel and coffee shop. Great outdoor area and really well fenced for our dog. Highly recommend this property and Port Vincent is a lovely town very pretty and the locals are very friendly.

Owners usually send us details when they receive a notification of any power outages and we always forward them on to incoming guests to make them aware, unfortunately we didn't receive any advice this was going to happen, once again we apologise for the inconvenience.

Property very clean, everything you need for cooking etc was available. 2 bedroom air con remote needs new batteries was the only thing that did not work. Will book again next year to stay. 10 out of 10

The location is excellent, being just a short stroll to the foreshore, shopping and Hotel/Kiosk. Parking is on site and secure and the fenced in yard is a real bonus.We hope to return and this will certainly be our choice of venue.

peace and quiet

We found the accommodation to be very spacious and very easy for the husband to move around with his walker. However, if the owner could install grab rails in the toilets and showers as my husband found it very hard to stand without support that would just add to our comfort and would also help other tenants who are looking for that security when using showers.

“Life by the Beach”

On first view, Unit 1 was cozy and a little weathered. The outside area was securely fenced off for dogs with a nice patch of artificial grass surrounded by concrete. The outside dart board was a great touch and in my spare time, being a darts player, I spent an hour or two practicing my skills. Inside was done really well, the bathrooms especially. Renovations were really aimed in those bathrooms and it paid off. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of space. The bunk bed in bedroom 1 was comfortable but a little impractical due to placement. Simply put, the lower bed was a double/queen placed against the wall. Two people could sleep fine, with space but if you’re against the wall and need to get up in the night … be prepared for some “mountaineering”! Believe me, it’s not easy and you WILL wake the person next to you unless you are creative. In the end, I ended up sleeping in the single top bed which was the best night sleep I ever had!! The kitchen came with all of the usual essentials. The only trouble we had, but soon rectified, were the lights. The kitchen and living room lights are controlled by remote controls. Convenient but once pressed (the “Light” button), nothing happened. We thought it was broken. Turns out, you have to flick a switch on at the wall to ACTIVATE the remote control. After doing that, all was working … simple! All in all it was a great stay and we look forward to returning.

The air conditioners need servicing as the output was not up to thei usual standard. The bathroom near front door of property needs to seen by a plumber as gurgling sounds can be heard when water runs down the drain.
